CLINICAL TREATMENT OPTIONS

Acupuncture: The mainstay of Chinese medicine treatment. Acupuncture involves the insertion of single-use, sterile, disposable, hair-fine needles into specific points of decreased electrical resistance on the limbs, torso and head. Acupuncture initiates a healing cascade through its complex cuing system, having positive effects on the neurologic, hormonal, immune, musculoskeletal, lymphatic, organ and other tissue systems. A valuable option for a broad range of concerns. Recognized globally and internationally as an effective treatment for internal medicine, pain, women's health, anxiety, depression, and many other conditions.

The Balance Method Acupuncture: Based on the most ancient text of Chinese cosmology, math, science and philosophy (the I Ching), The Balance Method is a style of acupuncture handed down by renowned Taiwanese practitioner Dr. Richard Tan. This style of acupuncture is respected for its signature "instant results" using very few needles. Famous for pain conditions, it is also highly effective for internal medicine concerns.

AcuLaser Therapy: Used to address acute or chronic pain, injury and decreased range of motion, inflammation, cosmetic enhancements, wound and tissue repair, stress and immune system concerns. Cold laser is a safe, non-invasive, pain-free, highly effective and gentle option. The latest in technological advancements, AcuLaser Therapy harnesses the healing power of photons, which the body converts from light energy to biochemical energy to hasten the natural healing process. AcuLaser Therapy synergizes the healing capacities of both the acupuncture energy channel system and the cellular repair work of cold-laser therapeutics. In contrast to “hot laser” (surgery), cold laser stimulates mitochondria (the power house of the cells), increasing ATP which in turn increases DNA synthesis for cellular repair and regeneration.

Chinese Herbal Medicine: While acupuncture is an external application to balance the flow of energy, herbal medicine is the internal branch of Chinese medicine, utilizing the ingestion of natural substances to initiate therapeutic changes. Available as customized teas or patent formula pills. Complementary with treatment; phone consultation also available.

Systemics Herb Therapy: Known as "the ones that work," Systemics Formulas combine key therapeutic strategies of several leading natural healing systems: nutritional science, homeopathy and herbal traditions from around the world (Asia, North America and the Brazilian rainforest). A unique bio-energetic signature coding technology coordinates the therapeutic agents with targeted tissues and systems. Complementary with treatment; phone consultation also available.

Bowen Therapy: Gentle bodywork subtly moves muscles and connective tissue, optimizing brain-musculoskeletal-nervous system messaging to retrieve cellular memory of a preferred, functional and balanced state. Used by sports teams throughout Austrailia, Bowen is best known in the West for its work with chronic pain and misalignment issues resulting from injury and degenerative processes. Bowen is also a significant therapy for internal health issues, fertility, relaxation and detoxification.
